[ All Bifuel] niemiecka Instrukcja Naprawy Silniczka Krokowego Koltec Necam
: 2017-08-22, 23:30
Panowie mam małe odkrycie...
Sam byłem użytkownikiem a chyba nawet propagatorem kupowania regenerowanych silniczków krokowych z Holandii.
https://www.motor-talk.de/forum/v70-bif ... st51060138" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Miałbym zregenerowaną elektronikę i nowe bebechy mechaniczne...
I suspect that the solder joints expand by increasing engine temperature. At some point the contact is gone and the servomotor stops the operation. That is why I removed my servo motor on the gas distributor yesterday and after-soldered. With big hands I recommend the gas distributor in advance to get completely out.
procedure:
1. Loosen the nut of the oil stop at the top of the engine. This can then be moved slightly to the right. Then you have more space at the gas distributor.
2. Disconnect the connector from the actuator motor. On top is a flap. This is easy to bend. Then peel off
3. Detach the gas manifold from the engine block. This is fastened with two 10ner nuts. I had only one to find. The second screw was free. The gas distributor is bolted to the engine block with a bracket. It is advisable to loosen the bracket on the gas distributor. This makes the manifold more mobile. The gas manifold is now slightly advanced.
4. Loosen the two screws of the servomotor at the gas distributor. There are 3 hexagon / hex. Do not allow them to fall into the engine compartment. When removing the gas distributor from below, do not hold on to the servomotor. This is to be expanded.
5. Gently pull the servomotor upwards. Beneath it sits a spring, which pushes it slightly after loosening the screws. There is also a corrugated washer / spring between the positioning motor and the gas distributor. Do not lose them.
6. Now we have the servomotor in the hand. A cap can be seen at the top. This is leveled with a very thin slotted screwdriver. For me, I found the electronics, covered by a kind of gel.
7. Remove the gels over the four contacts on the connector and the four diagonally opposite.
Usunąć dokładnie żel z czterech punktów kontaktowych w okolicach wtyczki i czterech takich samych punktów zlokalizwanych na przeciwko.
8. Use the soldering iron to solder all eight contacts.
Użyć normalnej lutownicy i normalnych lutów do poprawienia tych 8 punktów.
9. Reattach the actuator motor. NO SILICONE! Again NO SILICONE !! When gluing.
10. Replace the actuator motor. First, I have attached front screw of the servomotor. Then came the rear row. I worked with everything the rifle box at Kreuzgelenken and gave. Is a fumble.
11. Refit the guest distributor to the engine block. The nut can be simply screwed on, there is nothing to be against.
12. Reconnect the plug
13. Screw oil dipstick again.
14. Done, look forward. I went yesterday first the complete Gastank empty.
